This blog by Nathan Bashaw provides a fresh and vital view from Gen Y. While young adults grapple with the challenges of growing and maturing through the life stage that includes the transition to college or post secondary opportunities and then on to the world of work, those who have come before would do well to remember that there is hope for the future now, as there was then (whenever that may have been) Bashaw sheds light on the motivations of his generation and the potential that rests in their hands and minds!
