The Emerge young adult program integrates coaching, mentoring, advocacy and student support services into the college experience for students.

Emerge specializes in transitional services and has an expertise in advising families with young adults who have experienced the challenges of learning, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. Emerge possess a comprehensive knowledge of the components leading to independent living and emancipation for young adults. Our model is based on the premise that people learn basic life skills through positive interaction with the world around them.

Emerge has openings for young adults who need a "get it together" term this spring. Starting on or before March 29th, students commit to a three month program "in residence" followed by a nine month coaching component that supports their transition to the college of their choice. This initial phase of the program is designed to help students launch or relaunch into the college experience with improved skills and better self management.
